As founder of Per Se global, Leticia possesses a great deal of understanding of international affairs in Washington, DC. Having spent the majority of her adult life in the city, she has worked in various sectors, including international relations, quantitative research for government contracts, and within the Brazilian consulate and embassy. This experience has provided her with a keen insight into the city’s role as a global power center.
After years of leading and supporting quantitative research projects, Leticia decided to leverage her expertise in both research and international affairs by founding her own practice. She graduated with honors from the University of Maryland, College Park, holding degrees in Government and Politics and International Affairs. Additionally, she participated in prestigious programs such as the Global Fellows in Washington, DC.
As the founder of Per Se Global, Leticia’s mission is to help companies navigate how diplomatic partnerships, trade agreements, government tariffs, and geopolitical factors influence their business strategies and investments.
